I accepted a position with TG with the expectation of adding development and challenge to my career. What I didn’t expect was to be here nearly a decade later. No one goes into taxes thinking it will be fun, but the best parts of my job are truly the people and the problem-solving environment. Whether it’s innovative products, process improvement initiatives, or personal development, Tax Guard has set the bar on strategic leadership and continuous growth.

Through my 8 years with Tax Guard, I’ve watched the company grow as well as grown myself. The company has provided a collaborative environment that encourages input and feedback, a first for me in my line of experience. They’ve always encouraged training to exceed my day-to-day role so that I’m fluent in many aspects of Customer Success.

Tax Guard has allowed me the opportunity to pursue further education and provided me with the materials and connections to expand my abilities.
